Champagne Brut

Blend :

A blend of the three grape varieties, Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, it exhibits a beautiful effervescence.

Appearance :

It is light gold in colour.

Serving suggestions :

A lively and light wine, the nose is strong conveying floral and fruity (peach /apricot) notes.
It is round and well structured in the mouth, purveying notes of dried fruit and an ample and lively finale.
It can be served as an appetizer.

Champagne Demi-sec

Blend :

This champagne is composed of the three grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.

Appearance :

It is light gold in colour.

Serving suggestions :

The nose is strong and complex; transmitting aromatic dried flowers and vegetal notes.
It is very ample and very rich on the palate, its unctuous texture is revealed in the finale which contrasts distinctly at the back of the mouth.
It is most suited to desserts.

Champagne Extra Brut

Blend :

Blended in the same way as the Brut Réserve, from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, it is not highly concentrated and it matures for many months in our cellars.

Appearance :

Light gold and handsome.

Serving suggestions :

The nose gives rise to subtle floral and lime blossom notes with a touch of confectionary.
It is bold and lively with a strong structure concerning the notes of dry fruits (apricot) and allows for a powerful and distinctive finale.
It can be served with starter dishes, notably with grilled fish.

Champagne Brut Réserve

Blend :

Blended in the same way as Brut, from Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, it is matured for many months in our cellars.

Appearance :

It is golden in colour.

Serving suggestions :

The nose is delicate and subtle, floral notes dominate (daffodil/iris) with a touch of vegetal notes.
It is supple and is distinct for its fruity/floral duo. Altogether it is elegant, neither too strong nor too heavy, but nicely rounded as a whole.
It is a mealtime enjoyment which accompanies white meats and grilled fish perfectly.

Champagne Brut rosé

Blend :

It is a rosé blend of Pinot noir vinified red with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.

Appearance :

It is a red cherry colour, pink going on orange.

Serving suggestions :

The nose is strong and well-defined, from fruity notes to eau de vie (Morello cherry, blackberry and prune), it characterises a fully matured rosé.
Ample and fleshy on the palate, it conveys the spirit of the strong nose, well-balanced, tasting like candied fruits and leaves one with a strong and fruity finale.
It is ideally served with dessert.

Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs

Blend :

This Champagne comes exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety and has spent many months in our cellars.

Appearance :

Typical to Chardonnay, it is light gold in colour with green glints.

Serving suggestions :

The nose is elegant and delicate revealing mineral and mellow floral notes.
Floral and citrus aromas are light in the mouth, it is well bodied and exudes finesse; the final distinction is that of citrus fruit.
It is ideal as an appetizer, and is also an excellent accompaniment for seafood.

Champagne Brut Prestige

Blend :

This cuvee « Prestige » is composed of 50% Pinot noir and 50% Chardonnay.

Appearance :

It is a rich gold in colour.

Serving suggestions :

The richness and the complexity of the nose are expressed in the fruity peach notes, the touch of spices (cloves) and brioche.
Strong and rich on the palate, well bodied, one finds spices and dried fruit, well-balanced; the finale is ample and rich.
It is served at the heart of a meal.

Appetizer Ratafia

Blend :

It is a blend of grape juice and alcohol originating from the distillation of Champagne wine.
The Ratafia is the winemaker's most typical appetizer.

Appearance :

It is a beautiful amber in colour.

Serving suggestions :

The nose is strong, invoking the aroma of prunes and red berries.
It is ample and fleshy on the palate.
Serve it as an appetizer accompanied by foie gras, cheese, parsley loaf or with a chocolate dessert.
